Because the site is about work related issues, you agree not to submit information that you have agreed to keep confidential under an employment agreement or any other agreement. By making a submission, you are guaranteeing to us that you have the legal right submit that information and that it will not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity. You will not submit information that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person's privacy, violates any intellectual or other property rights, or that would otherwise violate any law. You may not use any forum in a commercial manner. You may not submit material that solicits funds, or that advertises or solicits goods or services. You may not submit material known to be false. You may not submit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component. You accept all liability for submission and publication of such submissions.

The site is specifically targeted toward users over age 18. You agree not to submit information if you are under age 18.

How and why we collect information
We collect information to record and verify your participation or purchase. These activities are optional. If you engage in these activities, you may be asked to provide personal information including, but not limited to, name, e-mail address, location, credit card data. If you do not provide mandatory data (which is voluntary), you will not be able to engage in that activity.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to users who submit information from the site. This is done for the purpose of certifying the identity of the sender. To post submissions on the site from senders who may be fabricating their identities and/or submissions would be a disservice to other users.

However, we realized that due to the sensitivity of the Web subject, users may wish to not make their identity public. We reserve the right to make the personal information (excluding payment information) public if you do not indicate a preference for withholding that information. If you supply contact information, you may receive periodic e-mails from us regarding new products and services, important issues, or upcoming events. If you do not want to receive any information from us, send an e-mail to unsubscribe@braindrain.biz from the e-mail address you wish us to delete. Unsubscribe requests may take up to 2 weeks to activate.
When you use the site, our technology services provider may also collect certain technical and routing information or place “cookies” during your visit. This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying you or any user individually.

When you submit information

By submitting information, you are consenting to publication. Since we will exclusively own all rights to the submission worldwide, and we will be entitled to the unrestricted use of the submission for any purpose, without compensation or notification to the provider, we request that you refrain from submitting creative projects to us. This also aims to avoid ownership claims where a user submits an idea that was already being developed by the author or publisher.

Releasing information to third parties
